Now that the witches have completed their flight…The Riverside Gardens Citizens Association is pleased to announce a Bourbon Tasting to help fight the chill of November! This event is a neighborhood fundraiser to raise money for Riverside Gardens Citizens Association events holds throughout the year (Halloween Parade, Easter Egg Hunt, Chili Cook-off, Caroling, Annual Block Party, National Night Out, and more)!

The evening will showcase Single Barrel Bourbons. Most of the Bourbon we drink is from batches of 100s or even 1000s of Barrels. This is done to create constant flavor profiles for the consumer. A Barrel of Bourbon produces 150-250 bottles, depending on how long it’s aged and the Proof. When you drink a Single Barrel Bourbon, you’re drinking something where there are only 150-250 bottles in the world that will be the exact same sip! Each Single Barrel Bourbon will have unique flavor characteristics that are unique to that Barrel and might never be found again in another.

The Bourbon Tasting will be held the evening of Saturday, November 15^th, starting at 8pm. All proceeds go to fully fund or defray the costs of other neighborhood events.

• Cost is $25 per person. We will be sampling 5-6 Whiskeys depending on our final attendees count. There will be NO walk ups.

• Our max sign up will be 25 attendees. Like last year, the Autumn Bourbon event will be the male-focused alternative to the Witches Ride. The event will go on rain or shine.

• The event will include light snacks, water, and tasting cups. You are free to bring a favorite tasting glass of your own.   
• We are fortunate one of our neighbors has volunteered to host. The location will be transmitted to registered attendees. We plan on holding the tasting outside, weather permitting. We will have a fire pit going. If we are outside, attendees should bring camp chairs. In the event of unfavorable weather, the event will be held indoors.
